ART 1010: Exploring Art
I decided to take ART 1010 because I was interested in learning more about art as a whole. Our final assignment in the class was to construct a 3D art project and then write an essay describing the thought process behind the art project. Reflection:
This project was such a growing experience for me because I have never felt that I had much of a creative side. I have always struggled with creativity and during this project I was able to dive in surprisingly with no real stress or struggle. I was shocked when I came up with my work of art and the meaning behind it because like I said before I have always struggled with this type of thing. When reading that we had to do a 3D art piece or any type of art project I thought that I was never going to come up with anything, let alone anything good, but after I told myself that I wasn't going to let myself get stressed out I finally had a fun time coming up with my work of art.
I had so much fun making my project and writing the essay to explain the process and meaning of my project. I hope you have enjoyed reading it and understanding the meaning it has for me. I know not everyone will see my work of art beautiful but I am so proud of my finished product and I happen to think it is beautiful.
