BIOL 1090: Human Biology
I chose to take Human Biology because I have been very interested in learning about the human body and how it works in general. I wanted to learn about the various scientific processes that the human body goes through. I also wanted to gain a general understanding of scientific processes altogether. For our spotlight assignment we were to read both arguments for and against a specific subject and write a paper on why you agree or disagree with the specific subject. I chose to do my subject on if an overemphasis on eating healthy eating could become unhealthy. Here is my paper and I hope you enjoy!

Reflection:
This class and assignment has been a wonderful learning experience for me. As you can see through the writing of this paper that I discovered something about myself while working on this assignment. I am so glad that I chose this subject as the one to work on for this assignment because it brought a lot of questioning on my behalf as to how I need to change my life and eating habits in order to improve my life and the lives of my family members.
This class has taught me many things about the process of life and also why specific things happen within the process of life. This class has also taught me various things within the human body that I have been interested in learning about. I have really appreciated all of the readings, discussions, videos, and papers that I have accomplished throughout this class and so far has been one of my favorite classes although it has been tough at times. Some things have been difficult for me but I have appreciated the challenge and look forward to learning more about science and about human biology.
