ETHS 2420: Asian American Culture
As part of my coursework for my Associates and Bachelors degree for Elementary Education I am required to take an Ethnic studies course. I decided to take Asian American culture because it is a culture that I did not originally know a whole lot about. A requirement of this class was to upload a paper which addressed a video and articles we watched and read in class along with subjects that we learned about over the time we have spent in class discussions.
